Requesting TableCheck API Access
Please email api@tablecheck.com to request access to the TableCheck API. Provide a designated contact email together with your intended usage of the TableCheck API.
Example email:
Subject: Request for TableCheck API Access: [Company Name]
Body:
Hello TableCheck team, I’m [Your Name], [Title] at [Company], and we are requesting API access for [list of API components].
We build [a one-line description of your product. e.g., "a reservation widget and restaurant operations platform"] and would like to integrate with TableCheck.
Our designated contact email is [Email Address].
Once your initial request has been reviewed, the TableCheck API team will grant access to the API Portal for the designated contact email address. You will then receive an email with instructions on how to access the API Portal.
Upon logging in to the API Portal, you will be required to complete the following as part of the approval process:
Provide your system name
Provide a description of your system
Provide your designated contact email
Select the API components you would like to access
Note: Booking v1 is only accessible to 1st party users (venue operators themselves or their integration partners).
Provide an API usage description and integration diagram
Estimate the number of requests per month for:
The initial go-live phase
Once all expected end users are onboarded
Read & accept the following documents:
Agree to the TableCheck API Terms of Service
Each request is reviewed on a case-by-case basis; we will communicate updates via the designated contact email. If additional emails need to be added to the account, please contact us at api@tablecheck.com
If API access is approved, credentials and the test environments will become available within the API portal.
Once testing is complete, inform us via e-mail when you are ready to access production and we will validate your integration. If it is approved, you will receive production credentials.
